The heart & soul of this business is tallow, which we get by chopping suet! We take the suet (fat) from around the cows kidneys, chop & grind it up, heat at low temps, and strain to make all of the tallow we use in our products. It is a tedious, unglamorous, and time consuming part of what we do, but we wouldn't exist without it! Suet is the foundation of our entire business!
