Grass fed A2 milk: Milk contains lactic acid which can help exfoliate and soften the skin. A2 milk contains less of the protein that can cause allergic responses in humans.
Epsom Salt: An incredible source of transdermally available magnesium sulfate, which is an essential mineral for humans, and one many of us are vastly deficient in. Magnesium can help with sleep, vitamin D absorption, lowering inflammation, and muscle soreness.
