It's also a primo choice for a post gym slather to help eliminate any nasties you may have picked up on the mats or machines, and great for cuts, scrapes, bumps,  bruises, and even sore muscles! I used the classic Fat Marshmallow before I tried this Tub O' Lard. I have to say... while I love the classic, I really like this Tub O' Lard even more! It feels easier to rub into my skin and a bit lighter as well. The scent (particularly the tea tree oil) is a bit strong, but as long as you don't mind tea tree oil in general, I'd say you'd do just fine with it. I am pretty sensitive to smells and while strong, I haven't been turned off by it. I saw they have a new almond scent, but I'm not a huge almond fan, so I probably won't try that one (I'm still kind of tempted, though, just because I love this product in general). Definitely recommend if you're looking for a bit of a lighter feeling fat product. Love both the Fat Marshmallow and the Tub O' Lard, though!

scent was triggering

the scent was more toilet bowl cleaner, far from tree tea. since i couldn’t return item, per their information, i just tossed it.

Smell and maybe not for rosacea?

The tallow isn’t always moisturizing enough for me in the winter. I’ve been dealing with a lot of skin issues (not a product’s fault). While pregnant I developed rosacea. It’s yet to subside completely, but is getting better. I feel like this irritated my skin. Maybe it was the tea tree? Or essential oils in general just might not help. I can still use this on my body just fine. The smell though…my husband said it reminded him of chewing tabaco, which is not a smell I’d like my husband to think of when he is around me.
