fat marshmallow is the ultimate healthy skin moisturizer! Biocompatable grass fed tallow, lightly scented with real vanilla beans and whipped into the creamiest fluff...its a treat your skin won't forget and your mouth may be a little jealous of! Slather it on, but try not to lick it off! fat marshmallow is quite simply, a whipped tallow skin fluff- a whipped body butter. It is the most pared down & simple of our recipes: tallow, a bit of beeswax, infused with vanilla bean & marshmallow root, with no additional colors or fragrances, plus just a dash of arrowroot added to keep it from being too greasy upon application. Product is sold by weight, and each jar contains 11 oz of fluff.

Retro food packaging is a design DREAM & the marshmallow fluff jars are iconic AF. If you knew Vellum St founder and former chef Melissa Torre in the Cookie Confidential days, you know her cupcake line, Undercover Cupcake, came exclusively in jelly jars with red lids, with a fluffy cream cheese frosting piped in thick layers above, below & in between the cakes. fat marshmallow is a nod in part to those two tasty treats, but done Vellum style, for your skin!

Please keep in mind, due to the delicate nature of the texture of this product that extreme temperatures can affect consistency. Cold will cause it to stiffen up a bit, while heat will cause it to melt. We urge caution when ordering this item during the warmer summer months!

While melting will not effect the efficacy of your jar of fat marshmallow fluff, it will effect the texture. If it does melt, you can pop it in the fridge to firm it up. If you want to revive that OG fluff texture, scoop it from the jar, pop it in the fridge overnight, and use a hand or stand mixer to whip it back up!

Fat Marshmellow Tallow

Like the way it goes on skin. Makes skin smooth. Little greasy when firt applied,but I use a tissue to blot lightly.

Wow!!!

This is the best moisturizer that I have ever used on my body/face. I had a reoccurring idiopathic peri orbital rash that would not go away. I tried topical cortisone creams, light therapy, and antibiotic ointments all prescribed by a dermatologist. Within a few days of applying this tallow to my face, not only did the rash disappear, but it has never reappeared. It is my go to gift for friends and family.

Ankle Woes

I broke my ankle on Christmas Eve and since then I have had a boot and compression socks on 24/7. It is drying my skin out! I have sensitive skin to begin with. Well, a friend that has been using this product shared some with me, and I fell in love. It has been such a great help during this wild healing process. Plus it smells so good. Highly recommend!
