Our friends at Triple C Angus Salem County NJ are some of our favorite! Established in 1988 as a cow calf operations, Triple C has gone through many changes over the years, constantly evolving to bring you some of the best beef New Jersey has to offer! The Coles family run the operation, and Skip, Stacey, Corie, and Skip are some of the best people I have ever met.
Triple C Beef is growth hormone and antibiotic free! Their animals are maintained on a pasture and forage based diet and then transitioned to a grain based diet for the 3-4 month finishing phase. This allows for a more efficient rate of gain as well as increasing the percentage of marbling or intramuscular fat. With increased marbling comes a juicier more tender eating experience!
This signature soap is also available at their farm stand, which I HIGHLY recommend visiting, as it is always fully stocked with some of the best local goodies around. I promise you wont leave empty handed or hearted!
Some of you might remember our retired scent Honey Basil, and if you were one of its many fans you will ABSOLUTELY LOVE this bar!
